Update to an Ubertor Responsive Template

If you have an Ubertor website designed before April 2015 you should seriously consider having Limelight Marketing update it to the new Responsive template and let us redesign it at the same time. In 2015 Ubertor announced their new responsive templates and Limelight Marketing has updated more Ubertor websites to the Responsive design than any other vendor.

The new Responsive template is the platform to create clean, easy to navigate, modern looking Real Estate websites. Ubertor currently offers 3 themes with a number of variations, but Limelight custom designs and programs all of our websites.

The web is accessible on a huge range of devices from small-screen phones through to huge-screen televisions. Each device presents its own unique benefits and also constraints. As a web developer, we are expected to support all ranges of devices and the new Ubertor Responsive template gives us the tools to better serve our clients.

What is a Responsive website?

A Responsive website automatically responds to any device: desktop, tablet, and smart phone. The design and look of your website stays consistent across all devices.

When Did Responsive Become so Important?

On April 21, 2015 Google went public with a change to their algorithm that sent website users into a panic. As of this date it was reported mobile-friendly websites would rank better than non-mobile optimized websites. According to MOZ, a leading source of Google algorithm information “In a rare move, Google pre-announced an algorithm update, telling us that mobile rankings would differ for mobile-friendly sites starting on April 21st. The impact of this update was, in the short-term, much smaller than expected, and our data showed that algorithm flux peaked on April 22nd.”

Why Responsive?

Realtor websites are viewed more often on mobile devices than many industries so a Responsive design that renders perfectly on iPads, iPhones and other hand held devices will give a Realtor an advantage.   2. Peruse some of the past sites we have designed
  3. Choose the components for your website
  4. Limelight will provide a design in jpeg format
  5. On approval we will develop your site on a test site
  6. Review and make changes
  7. When approved we update the look of your site retaining all content and listings

How Long Does it Take?

Usually about a week depending on how fast you can approve the new look.
